Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHIN TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED offers a flexible cancellation policy to assist its customers. The following terms apply:

  1. Cancellations are only considered if requested immediately after placing the order. Requests will not be accepted once the order has been processed and shipped by the vendor.
  2. Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food) are not eligible for cancellation. However, refunds or replacements will be provided if the product quality is deemed unsatisfactory.
  3. If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed once the vendor verifies the issue.
  4. If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, please notify Customer Service within 3 days. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  5. For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
  6. Refunds approved by SHIN TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed within 3-5 days.
