Cancellation & Refund Policy
SHIN TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED offers a flexible cancellation policy to assist its customers. The following terms apply:
- Cancellations are only considered if requested immediately after placing the order. Requests will not be accepted once the order has been processed and shipped by the vendor.
- Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food) are not eligible for cancellation. However, refunds or replacements will be provided if the product quality is deemed unsatisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed once the vendor verifies the issue.
- If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, please notify Customer Service within 3 days. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
- Refunds approved by SHIN TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed within 3-5 days.
